This section sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to online purchases of Products from Bio Spa Enaam using the www.biospaenaam.com website. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time, in its sole discretion.
Before submitting an order for the purchase of Products using this website, you will be shown an order confirmation screen (the “Order Confirmation”) describing, among other things, the Product(s) that have been selected, the purchase price and any applicable charges for shipping and taxes. Unless provided for otherwise in virtue of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, when you submit your order (by pressing the [“Confirm”] button), such order will constitute an offer from you to Bio Spa Enaam to purchase the Product(s) described in the Order Confirmation, for the price and subject to the other charges, terms and conditions set out in the Order Confirmation. Orders are not binding on Bio Spa Enaam until accepted by Bio Spa Enaam. Bio Spa Enaam’s acceptance of your order is evidenced by a return e-mail from Bio Spa Enaam indicating that your order has been accepted.
Cancellation and Product Availability
Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with us as soon as possible. we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note, we may no longer be able to cancel the order if it is already moved into the processing stage. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.
We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate accounts, to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, Bio spa Enaam will issue a full refund. In the event that the price or related information for a Product is incorrect due to an error in pricing or product information, Bio Spa Enaam will contact you to ask you to place a new order for the Product. The availability of certain Products may be limited, and Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Bio Spa Enaam may revise or cease to make available any Products at any time without prior notice. In the event that Bio Spa Enaam is unable to deliver you a Product ordered due to lack of availability, Bio Spa Enaam will notify you via email and your order will be automatically cancelled with respect to such unavailable Product, provided that Bio Spa Enaam may, in its sole discretion, contact you in order to allow you to maintain your order subject to a revised delivery time if and when the Product becomes available.
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars. All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of applicable sales taxes and freight costs.
We try to provide accurate Product and pricing information, errors may occur. Bio Spa Enaam reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to modify the prices of Products, at any time, without prior notice. Bio Spa Enaam cannot confirm the price of a Product until after you submit an order for the Product.
Payment is made by credit card. Credit cards payment will be pre-authorized at the time the order is placed and charged when the items are shipped, if items are shipped separately you may see separate charges. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an update email with the tracking number that will enable you to track your order online. We ship all orders with Canada post.

- Free shipping on orders of $75 and more (after applicable discount and excluding taxes).
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Montreal, Canada.
Delivery times provided by Bio Spa Enaam are estimates only. Bio Spa Enaam shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery. All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. (excluding weekend days, holidays or closure for unforeseen circumstances).
You will be charged tax based on the destination province or territory that your order is being shipped. Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to any tax. When you complete your order, we will calculate the required tax based on your location.
Tracking a Package
To track a previously placed order, please log in to your account and click view all orders in last 120 days under Order History and Tracking. Here you can view each order you have placed under your account in the last 120 days. Once an order has been shipped, the date of shipment and a Canada post tracking number will be listed.
if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition (unused, unopened and undamaged). We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs and Original cost of shipping will not be reimbursed. Items must be received, by our Returns Department, before a refund or merchandise credit will be processed.
To proceed with a return, contact us, in writing, within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ownership & Risk of Loss
All Product(s) purchased from Bio Spa Enaam are delivered to you by a third party delivery company, pursuant to a shipping contract. You shall become the owner of the Product(s) and shall assume the risks of loss at the time of delivery by Bio Spa Enaam of the Product(s) to the third party delivery company.
This section with respect to your personal privacy indicates that Bio Spa Enaam may collect and use your personal information.

How we collect and use personal information
Registration: In order to make purchases through the Website, you must register for an account and provide certain Personal Information to us such as your name and email address.
Purchases: When you make a purchase through the Website , we may collect the following information: e-mail address, billing address, mailing address, pseudonyms, phone number, IP address, password, personal preferences, group affiliations, payment and billing information. During checkout, you have the option to have us remember your credit card number for future purchases. we don't actually store your credit card number. Instead, when you complete a purchase we use your credit card number to obtain a secret token - a special random string of letters and numbers - from the credit card payment provider. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Shipping is only available for the entirety of Canada.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We ship all orders with Canada post. Free shipping on orders of $75 and more (after applicable discount and excluding taxes). Orders below $75 shipping fees and estimation time provided after entering your shipping address.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST

ARE ALL YOU PRODUCTS NATURAL?
All our products are carefully chosen according to the quality of the ingredients and the recognition of the brand. Thus, all our products are certified organic and of natural origin.
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NATURAL AND ORGANIC?
Organic certifications ensure a standard, quality and respect for the rules of organic farming. There are several certifications around the world. Depending on the certification, the required organic percentage of the product may vary. For our part, we only work with brands that hold some of the most rigorous certifications in the world (such as Demeter, BDIH, ICEA).
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?
All our products are cruelty free.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
The Bio Spa Enaam always chooses eco-friendly products, certified organic and cruelty-free. All of our products have very strict certification in terms of ingredients and respect for nature and animals. However, not all the brands hold the Vegan label, as some of the products contain beeswax or lanolin.
Please reach to us if you want us to recommend specific Vegan products.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL?
Some products do contain alcohol, but it’s natural (found naturally in plants) or naturally-derived alcohols (derived from natural components, but made through a process of fermentation). Alcohols serve a variety of functions within our formulas, including as a stabilizer and preservative.
DO YOUR PRODUCT CONTAIN FRAGRANCES?
Our products are naturally perfumed by the ingredients they contain; no synthetic scent is added.
HOW LONG DO THE PRODUCTS LAST?
Expiry dates or period of use are indicated on the packaging of each specific product. However, keep in mind that due to the freshness of the products and the means of natural preservation, the expiration dates may be shorter than other standard products.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
We carefully choose products that are gentle and good for your skin and your endocrine system. Some product lines also have additional hypoallergenic certifications. Please contact us for advice.
CAN I RETURN IN STORE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE?
